- Develops, evaluates and benchmarks business processes and controls based upon best practices as observed in the industry
- Leads projects, develops requirements and testing methodologies and defined reports in support of OATI OASIS and energy/transmission scheduling solution implementation projects
- Manages the progress and efforts of the project team and reviews the work of team members for quality
- Works jointly with client's business process and IT teams during technology implementations to communicate additions and changes to critical processes, operational and financial controls
- Communicates and trains clients on new and existing Regulatory requirements
- Reviews and recommends improvements to energy and transmission scheduling, OASIS and e-Tagging related policies and procedures
- Ensures client leadership involvement and accountability for project outcomes and recommendations
Job Requirement Essential
- Work experience in energy industry is required
- Working knowledge of FERC, NERC, and NAESB regulations and standards
- Experience with ISO/RTO markets in North America preferred
