OATI Consulting provides management with a review of Risk Management and Credit Policy structure and content, and makes recommendations for the improvement of policies and related procedures including:

  • Program Overview and Trading Objectives – Background, organization risk appetite, objectives, definition of risks to be managed, strategy overview, periodic update and approval
