(OATI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Fred Fletcher has joined OATI as the Smart Grid Chief Architect, to assist OATI in the development and delivery of key solutions to the industry. As a market leader, OATI offers Smart Grid software solutions for Demand-Response and Distributed Resource Management, virtual power plants, renewable generation scheduling and operation, meter data, and asset utilization management. Mr. Fletcher will lead activities for the creation of solutions to address a utility’s end-to-end Smart Grid
integration and operational needs.
Mr. Fletcher brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the Electric Utility Industry, including his involvement in the Magnolia Power Project that has won numerous awards for its innovation and environmental features. He has successfully developed power marketing operations in both the North Central and Western United States, and has been active in developing and expanding Smart Grid technology applications.
